Technique - Process

1. Injection Moulding

With our advanced injection molding machines and the experience of our staff, we are capable of molding different kinds of brushes ourselves. Also, we have acquired the 2-material co-injection molding technology for manufacturing Bi-component plastic products.

2. Tufting

With our Numeric Control Tufting Machine and well-developed tufting skills, we are capable of tufting a wide range of brush products in the best possible quality:

Drill Holes
Multi-Color filament
Anchor Wire / Staple
Multiple Angle
Different types of filament : Animal Bristle, Fiber, Nylon, PP, Mixed Filament…etc.

3. Trimming

Trimming process is required for cut out all uneven filament, in order to make a flat tidy brush surface. We are capable of developing the highest level of trimming technique in flat shape and other different brush shape trimming profile.

4. End-Rounding

This process polishes the brush bristle in order to produce a rounded filament head effect, which can also eliminate rough edge of each filament head.

5. Packing

We have realized the important of product package, each product will be accommodated a suitable packing method in order to maintain the product's quality. Every product will be packed in this process, with intensive care, by our team of well-trained worker.

6. IQC, QC & QA

We have a very strong and professional QC team to keep track of the production, throughout the whole production process, in order to make sure the products meet our customer's requirement. The QA department ensures the quality of our products before it has been delivered to our customers.

7. Inventory

Our computerized inventory system allow us to keep track of our stock level more quickly and accurate. We implement the FIFO inventory management in order to reduce our stock and keep up our material quality.
